Our artisan story

Since our start in 2019 we have always sourced from our select group of artisans, chosen by us for their outstanding craftmanship, creating the products of our dreams and bringing them to life. Dreamy Bali is the backyard of our artisans and the place where all these beautiful products are manufactured. Hand made , giving each item a unique one of a kind sense.

THE MATERIALS WE USE:

We believe it's important to deliver beautiful products. that's why we have chosen to only work with high quality wood. All our outdoor and indoor teak furniture is made from Premium Grade A solid teak wood and high quality synthetic rattan.

Did you know....

We, The Secret of Ogimi believe it is really important that the furniture and decoration you order with us, will be delivered in an impeccable state.

Therefore, more fragile pieces and heavier items won't be shipped with regular carriers, but it's us who deliver the goods to your address with our own transportation.

Smaller, less fragile items will be shipped with a carrier.

If the product(s) order is(are) in stock, we will try to deliver within max.30 days, unless there is a special reason such as holiday closure. If you order an item which is on backorder, please note that we can only ship/deliver once it is restocked with us.

For personal delivery we will charge a shipping cost based on the distance from our warehouse location in Tremelo to your delivery address.

We only take care of personal delivery in Belgium and parts of the Netherlands.

Our retail price does not include shipping as we believe it's more honest for customers that pick up from our warehouse location.

If customer requires shipping to another destination than Belgium or the Netherlands, they can ask our support, but are fully responsible themselves to arrange the transport to the final destination.
